2022 Red Putter Finals

Congratulations to 2022 Red Putter Pro Champion Matthew Kraus!
The Red Putter Mini Golf in North Ephraim held it’s 20th Pro Tournament on Saturday, August 6th.  71 players participated in 3 rounds of golf on a hot and humid morning.
It was a great year for the Kraus family, of the Milwaukee area and Sister Bay, with 3 brothers taking home trophies.  Matthew Kraus won the tournament with scores of 35, 37 and 34 for a 3 round total of 106 .  Matthew won $2000, first place trophy and his second Red Jacket!  Matthew won in 2019 also with a total score of 106, and took second place in 2021.  Zach Kraus earned second place with 107. Nick Kwaterski, of Sturgeon Bay, took 3rd place with a score of 108.  Nicholas Kraus took home the trophy for Best Single Game with a score of 32 on his last round.
All players received a Red Putter golf ball to celebrate 20 years of tournaments.
To enter the tournament and join the Red Putter Pro Board, players had to qualify by scoring under par on the course.  Players can now qualify for next year’s tournament, which will be held on Saturday, August 5th 2023.

2022 Red Putter Tournament is Coming Quickly!

The Red Putter Pro Tournament is coming up Saturday, August 6th!

The Red Putter Mini Golf in Ephraim once again welcomes professional miniature golfers for its 20th Annual Red Putter Pro Tournament.  Some of these pros actually tour the world playing in tournaments, for most others this is the only tournament they play.  All tournament players must achieve PRO status by scoring under par on the course, which also earns them a spot on the much sought after Red Putter Pro Board.

Many champions from the past few years are returning to defend or reclaim the title, but many new players have been practicing hard and feel they have a chance. It’s hard to predict who will be wearing the Red Jacket on August 6th!

The top prize for the Red Putter Pro Tournament is $2000, one of the largest for a miniature golf tournament!

Golfers may enter The Red Putter Pro Tournament for a fee of $30, and must pre-qualify with a score under par on the course. Registered players receive free practice the week of the tournament.

Sign in begins at 8am Saturday morning, with tournament play beginning at 9am.  Three rounds of golf are played, followed by a delicious lunch served by the Mink River Basin.

First Place wins $2000! plus a trophy, and of course The Red Jacket!

Second Place – $500
Third Place – $100
Best Single Game – $100
